Job Description
1. Financial Record Keeping
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
Record daily transactions (sales, expenses, payroll)
Manage accounts payable and receivable
2. Financial Reporting
Prepare financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
Analyze financial data to support decision-making
3. Budgeting & Cost Control
Prepare and monitor budgets
Track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
Compare actual vs. planned financial performance
4. Taxation
Prepare and file tax returns
Ensure compliance with tax laws
Handle VAT/GST and other applicable taxes
5. Auditing & Compliance
Assist in internal and external audits
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes
6. Payroll Management
Calculate salaries, deductions, and benefits
Ensure timely salary payments
Maintain employee financial records
7. Financial Advice
Provide insights to improve financial efficiency
Support management in strategic planning
Requirements
1. Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2. Technical Skills
Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
Proficiency in software:
QuickBooks
Excel
other ERP systems
3. Experience
05 Years Experience with bookkeeping, audits, or tax filing
4. Soft Skills
